Step 1: Gather the Wood

Step 5: Square the Glued Board

Step 2: Cut the Wood to Desired Length

Step 6: Flatten the Board (using a Router or Planer)

Step 3: Prepare to Glue the Wood

Step 7: Cut Grooves into the Flat Board
(if desired)

Step 4: Glue the Wood together with Clamps (lots of clamps!)

Step 8: Sand the Flat Board
(Lots & Lots of Sanding)

Step 9: Add Finish to the Completed Board
(e.g., Mineral Oil & Bees Wax)
