The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the Goods listed on the Website are available for purchase. However, the Seller cannot guarantee that all Goods will be available at all times. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

6. Shipping

The Seller will ship Goods to the address provided by the Customer. The Seller will charge a shipping fee for all orders. The shipping fee will be calculated at the time of checkout.

The Seller accepts returns of Goods within 30 days of purchase. The Seller will refund the purchase price of the Goods, minus a restocking fee. The Seller will not refund the shipping cost of the return.

8. Warranties

The Seller's warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of Goods that are defective. The Seller is not responsible for any consequential damages caused by defective Goods.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
