Creating a Wavy Wooden Flag

Step 1: Cut the Wood (2 x 4)

Step 2: Glue the Wood together with Clamps (lots of clamps!)

Step 3: Sketch 'Waves' / Grind the 'Waves' into wood (Be careful, this can be dangerous!)

Step 4: Carefully sand the Flag (80 & 120 Grit)

Step 5: Tape Borders of the Stripes and Canton (blue area)

Step 6: Stain with Red and Blue Stain

Step 7: Sketch out the Stars (using a template)

Step 8: Grind 50 Stars (take your time, it takes awhile)

Step 9: Finish with Glossy Polyurethane
